2012 Quarter 4 Oregon Economic Forecast: Thursday, October 25, 2012 CERF Executive Director Dr. Bill Watkins will present our 2012 Quarter 4 Oregon Economic Forecast and year end outlook. The forecast presentation will be taking place in Bend, Oregon. The Central Oregon Economic Forecast will be held January 18, 2012. Last year’s event drew 275 attendees.
